Anti-spam on cPanel hosting

  1. Log in to the Account Console by going to jonwebdesign.com.au and from the menu go to "Your Account > Login to Domain/Hosting Console".
  2. On the overview screen Click on the domain you want to edit.
  3. Click the cPanel Login icon in the dashboard.
  4. Click on the Spam Filters icon
  5. Toggle "Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam" to turn spam filtering on or of.
  6. Recommend toggling "Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box)" on if you have "Process new Emails and Mark them as Spam" turned on first.
    This will move all emails identified as spam to your spam inbox, please check you spam inbox regularly for legitimate emails that have been wrongly marked and update your spam settings accordingly.
