If your account settings have changed at any point and you need to update them please follow the following steps after you have received the new details from Jon Web Design.
On the iPhone or iPad home screen Tap the Settings App.
- Scroll down and tap "Accounts & Passwords" or "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" if you're on an older device.
Tap on the email account you wish to edit.
Tap on the email again under Imap.
From here you can update the incoming server details to what is required, making sure to fill out host name, username (your full email address) and password or only update what's required.
If you need to update your outgoing server tap SMTP under Outgoing mail server.
Tap the Primary Server.
Server should be set to on (green) then from here you can update the settings making sure to fill out host name, username (your full email address) and password or only update what's required.
From here you can toggle SSL on or off, leave it on unless you are told to turn it off.
Click Done to confirm the updated settings.
Tap Account to go back.
Click Done to apply all changed settings.
Click Continue on any warnings.
Your settings should now be updated!
