Please Note: This article assumes you have the latest full version of Outlook installed and activated, this is not for the new Outlook for Windows app in Windows 11.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to File > Info > Add Account.

  3. Enter in your email account and click connect:
  4. Outlook will ask for the account password, enter it and click Connect:
  5. You will see the message Account Succesfully Added, you can repeat steps 3 to 5 to add more email accounts.
